By using our service, you agree to these Terms of Service. SpeechPolish is a SaaS platform that transforms voice recordings into polished speeches. SpeechPolish is operated by Dkury Ventures.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Use of Service

SpeechPolish should be used in compliance with all applicable laws and for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the service (e.g., unauthorized access, harm, or exploit our system).

5. Intellectual Property

The content generated by users using SpeechPolish, including the polished speeches, remains the intellectual property of the respective users. Users retain ownership of their original content and the output created through our service. SpeechPolish claims no ownership rights over user-generated content. However, by using the service, you grant us a license to use, modify, perform, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving our service. The software, algorithms, interfaces, text, graphics, and other components of SpeechPolish, excluding user-generated content, are the intellectual property of SpeechPolish and are protected under intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

SpeechPolish is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through our service or via email.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed in accordance with the laws of USA, Delaware state, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
